NASENCO certificate

I am the same and have just sent over an email asking when the certificate will arrive. My portfolio was submitted and accepted in June. I also received notification of grading from my tutor to show that I passed. I know they shared that certificates would come out October/November time as they needed to moderate some portfolios, but I have not yet received mine.

You just have to complete your address and details.

My name is Carly, I work at Real Training and I wanted to personally respond to this thread, as we spotted your messages and understand the concern about the delay in receiving your award results.

Thank you for your patience and for the feedback we have received regarding the wait times for updates following the June Assessment Board. We apologise for the delay and any frustration this may have caused.

We are pleased to confirm that, following receipt of the certificates from Middlesex on Friday, we are in the process of making crucial checks to them and the diplomas supplements before sending them out to awardees.

We can confirm that everyone who had an award ratified at the June Assessment Board will hear directly from pedal@realgroup.co.uk within the next week. This communication will ensure that we have the right contact details for posting.

I completed my NASENCO in June and am still waiting for the certificate. I spoke with the Real Training team at the recent SEN show, they said the panel sits in November and certificates will be sent after that.

Had my email yesterday from Realtraining asking me to confirm my address. Two batches to be sent out – the first in the next week or so.

Hi, I received an email yesterday, asking for confirmation of my address for postage of the certificate, which should arrive first week of December.
