Therein lies the problem – (and not entirely confident about posting this replyI) am a middle manager, not SLT, hence I am measured on grade outcomes as if I were a subject – with questions such as ‘why didn’t x get a grade 8 in Outer Mongolian’, therefore I am measured as not being successful (or so it feels). Equally, if there is an issue – in this instance return from lockdown – I am expected to address it as a whole school via SEN, rather than in collaboration, whilst at the same time being told I am basically admin.
