I think it’s also helpful to do a needs analysis of the school you are applying to. Have a look at their website, talk to people already in the school too to learn what the school’ s values are and where they want to be going. Then match those with values of your own, how as senco you might like to move with the school on its journey supporting excellence in learning.
I’ve found it also helpful to use vocabulary and language that you acquired on your course: that gives the prospective employer a sense of where you are in your own journey and how that can match to his/her aspirations for the school.
