I have just finished an amazing on line course with EEF on making the best use of TAs and it makes it very clear how being explicit about explaining the Why is crucial to the success of any project that we want to share with others. Too often I have assumed people know, assumed it’s obvious and not wanted to ‘teach anyone to suck eggs ‘. But I think I prefer to take the risk because not being explicit can room great interventions to failure. My next step needs to be about finding the words to say it. That’s a tough one.
