Hi Frances, agency rates will vary depending on a number of factors. I’ve worked with a few agencies, you can expect to pay anywhere between £100 – £130 per day. You’ll be told this is down to quality of the candidate or difficulty of the role however I’ve found it depends more on the agency, some have bigger profit margins then others. BEWARE – The biggest agencies have the biggest profit margins, sometimes charging you DOUBLE what they pay the candidate!!!!

My advice would be to speak to a few agencies and compare prices £100 or lower is a great rate, £115 upwards is a bit steep TBH.
