Hi Catherine have you checked out the preparation for adulthood website or the council for disabled children one as they have done work around this.
I have 2 suggestions 1- contact you local parent carer forum and ask them to put out a request in their network for information and 2- contact ndti who have preparation for adulthood advisors.our local one is really good.
