I’m presuming you are referring to Section I in the plan – “Placement” rather than “provision” in Section F.

Changes to a finalised plan can only be made following an Annual Review.

Is the C/YP at your setting? If so, is this request because you’re unable to meet need any longer? Can you hold an early review and take it from there?

If not at your setting, the parent should speak to the setting about their concerns, given that the placement will have been agreed based on the setting’s decision that they can meet need.
