Very difficult to plan if you haven’t had a chance to get to know the school/pupils/areas for development. Be cautious in planning too many things that might not be in line with what really needs to happen. Once you start back in Sept (hopefully) it will be important that you get a chance to experience the day to day workings of the current sen policy in practice. You can then complete an audit and make better informed, pupil led plans from there.
