Sue it sounds like you are in a bad position there. SENCo has been expected to be SLT since 2014. Who does line-manage you? Please tell me that is a DHT at least? Sometimes local authorities run training for finance managers and HTs on SEND so could be worth looking on your LA training offer. Are you are part of an academy? Other schools in your trust could be a source of support?
