I have been SENCo and been running this in addition to the whole SEN for the last couple of years. We have just kaen on a Deputy SENCo/resoucre manager as it is too much to run all at once with teaching. Dependant on how big it is, you really need someone to run the provision as a separate entity wth you as oversight. That’s our plan. It’s quite time consuimung.
