I find that it’s crucial for staff to understand why the programmes have been selected. The programmes will have greater value for the staff implementing them if these staff understand what the anticipated impact of the interventions will be. Grounding the impact in “real-life benefits” will help staff to see the true value of what you’re asking them to do.
