If you are confident in how to research and in the use of IT then online is probably a flexible option. I have just completed my NASENCo, and I must admit to enjoying my few days each term out of school meeting other like-minded professionals.
The role of SENCo can be quite isolating
, so if can, take some time this year to be part of a real life ‘community of practice’. Enjoy!
