For me an inclusive education begins with an inclusive staff. In an inclusive school all staff try to find a way through to every learner, together.Every pupil is able to learn in a way that suits them. Quality first teaching aims to provide good educational opportunities for all. Inclusion can feel unattainable, but maybe that is alright: always searching for the best ways to improve outcomes.
