Hi, I work in an FE College and I can 100% say that it is worth it. Children who has received the relevant support throughout their schooling come to college ready to complete the next stage of education and in the vast majority of cases, move onto HE or work. Statistics will tell you that you are far more likely to die at a young age if you are not in employment (manual or otherwise). So by supporting these pupils you may well be saving their lives (amongst all the other things it benefits). Please keep going.
