    Hi there,
    It depends on what his scores are. If he has a collection of scores between SS85-89 (2 or more) in areas of reading, writing, processing, working mem, phonological processing/mem/speed of production skills etc You can still apply and state it is his normal way of working- you have proof he still needs it to complete work in class. He may show improvement on a one to one, when he I just focusing on the test but in an exam he has to cope with many other things too.
