    I’ve been using Social thinking in conjunction with zones of regulation. Super fantastic and the kids are mesmerized by it. I have the posters on my wall and lead great conversations with children about what it’s like to shift from a calm, ready to work zone into a yellow zone that’s warning me I’m heading for a red zone. No blame approach; no zone is a bad zone. Its just about being aware and regrounding myself.
