Hi Susan

Most Ofsted inspectors will ask about how you are supporting the individual ; how effective are you working in partnership with parents , outside agency , setting realistic targets for the individual to achieve , timescale; progression; record keeping. What is your role are you supporting the key person, finding suitable resource to support their learning; promoting independence; reflective on the setting SEF and indivdual .. photo evidence on learning journey, work product.. age and stage of development.
Trackers helps as guidance not essential.
Record of all Meeting within the team , staff training days in further development of overall practice, CPD on further courses.

I must say without a SENco support our young once and parents would find it really hard . So I take this opportunity to thank you all for helping everyone one who are in need.
