Thanks Gavin. I completely agree with you and Sarah. Although, difficult to turn away good quality ABA tutors when there’s such a shortage on well trained support staff to work with SEN. ABA staff who are willing to adapt may have a much better starting foundation than an unqualified candidate. Thanks for the replies.
