Hi,

I teach 4 mornings 9. 30-12.00, we have a withdrawal class for kids that aren’t coping in class, so I take them during that time.
We are an ERS school with 47% SEN over the entire school, and I am also on hand all day should any explosive incidents occur in class (usually about 3 times a week I’ll be called to deal with something like that), which takes up a lot of my time. N x
