    It’s interesting that you recognize the important of teaching the individual to participate, but have the meeting with parents, class teacher, senco & outside agencies.

    I have used prompts created in widget with symbols if appropriate, following the Helen Sanderson person centred review structure – what I like to do at school, what working / not working for me, what’s important to me, what skills would I like to master, aspirations (could be riding a bike or swimming, could be writing my name, could be becoming an astronaut), what helps me to do better at school.
