    this is centre-delegated so you don’t need paperwork but it is useful to have a reason why and certainly with ADHD there is justification for a smaller setting. I will often type up a centre file note to show that I have discussed this with the students and that it has been approved. We have a range of separate settings at my workplace- own room, then class size of 5, 10 or 20. So it is important to check which one the student feels most comfortable with. If I don’t write a file note then I will add the room size to the Form 8 or 9 at the end and also add it to the student’s online profile and the GCSE exams’ spreadsheet so the exams team also know.
