I believe, through the purposeful integration of various technologies to support the day to day work of a SENCO, workload can become far more manageable!
I went from being a paper based leader to full implementation of cloud based services. It helped my personal wellbeing out so much. Now have far more time with my family.. (and on the golf course!!)
