    hi, the key to your meeting will be the difference in how section F can be delivered and setting parental and child expectations of what is to come. The secondary SENCo can lead on this. Also to discuss the differences in environment and what has been done / going to be done for this pupil to prepare for the bigger, busier, more dynamic school where they will be expected to increase their independence. That is all the case if this is mainstream to mainstream. You could ask how they support each of your pupil’s needs, parents will then be fully informed. I also think worth talking about access arrangements which have to be done very differently at secondary under the rules of the JCQ.
