I would start by downloading the 2024 QCA Access Arrangements booklet.

All of your pupils with an EHCP can be entered using Form 9 – downloadable for QCA.

Anyone with a diagnosed medical (ADHD), Communication difficulty (ASD), or mental health condition can also go on Form 9 if you only want extra time.

Everyone else will need to go on a Form 8 and will need assessments to be carried out to evidence a need.

There will be assessors locally to you who have the CPT3A ( or equivalent qualification)
