Hi Rebecca – I led an action research improvement project for dyslexia in my previous 4 form entry primary school including organising training from the BDA, Touch Type Read Spell licences for 50 pupils to use at home and at school (5-10 mins each day before lessons), Nessy Quest for dyslexia screening, dyslexia friendly classroom checklist for teachers, individual pupil dyslexia checklist for teachers, training for all staff, individual assessments for dyslexia diagnosis from a specialist (saving money on using EP time). I am now a consultant and offer advice and training to schools on how to deliver a dyslexia friendly approach to teaching and learning. See http://www.delythsendconsulting.com if you’re looking for any additional support. Good luck! Delyth
