Looks like you are in for a hammering from the JCQ inspector!

I would try to mitigate the situation. Remember you only need a Form 8 if test scores have been used (learning difficulties); if the student has an EHCP, a medical need or a physical or sensory impairment, you would need a detailed file note – which you could start writing.

As for those that require a Form 8, can you find an assessment report, or their test scores? Can you complete as much of the Form 8 as you can and attach evidence to it (them)?
