I think that the problem has arisen because you need to apply it EAA? Is this correct? If not then of course the most recent EP report must be recognised.
However, if you want to apply to the exam boards for EAA such as extra time( bearing in mind some EAA such as rest breaks do not need an online application), then for a student with a long term learning need who does not have an EHCP or medical diagnosis, that student MUST be assessed by the specialist assessor appointed by/ who has a relationship with the school! Any other private assessment done at any other time cannot be used! It has nothing to do with whether or not it is professional or not to reassess a child or the window for reassessing.
