In a similar position and would be really interested in the responses to this.
Can I ask what you wish the audit to inform, is it just gaining an overview? Identifying gaps? Looking for change?
I want to ensure not only an audit is carried out but I have a clear purpose for carrying it out, just interested in your motivations.
