Parents are on board and we can definitely evidence need and limited progress despite significant support. This is a complex child and I think there are several undiagnosed specific needs. We have provided as much support as we are able (significantly more additional support than any other child in the school + a highly differentiated curriculum). The current level of support is not sustainable in the long term which is why I suggested an EHC needs assessment.
