There is a level of truth in the repetition of testing being inappropriate.
However, there is also a relevant point of acknowledging that a professional report and opinion can change over time.
The latest report is always trumps the last, presentation can become more apparent, traits more obvious.

You are SENCo – you are ultimately responsible for the EAA, if you are stating it should be in place, put it in place with the evidence you have.
