hi, at secondary we can’t manage this as there is no resource for cover. I have developed a more detailed feedback form that I send to all teachers and the LSA follows up which includes a longer written report as well as exact progress point towards target and a judgement on progress on all the outcomes. The LSA then attends the AR. This works quite well. Most of the primary ARs I have attended seem to use the teacher as the central input for the meetings while the SENCo chairs.
