Hello @Rebecca I understand these situations very well. I suggest you write a letter/email to parents detailing the importance for attending IEP meetings. Recently, I informed a parent that support will stop from the SEN unit if we do not see their willingness to support us as a school collaboratively to ensure success for their child by attending these meetings- my tone was firm and they enventually showed up. Hope this helps. Putting a call through to them may also help.
