As far as I’m aware CPOMS can be customised to fit with what you need – the team will be able to advise. It makes sense to use what you’re already using to keep it all in one place. In theory you could track progress on the concerns on cpoms too – e.g. if the concern was disruptive behaviour and there was a code tracking this, you could look at pre/post SEN support going in place.
