Hi Richard, congratulations!! I would include an intro to what SEN is, the Code of Practice / Equality Act (ie statutory requirements like reasonable adjustments) and the importance of quality first teaching and the graduated response. Offering teachers and TAs practical ways they can support learners with SEN in the classroom is vital. I would also go through the procedures around raising concerns about learners with SEN.
