From a external professional POV it is really helpful to have the table of dates as other children have said. It’s helpful to confirm with your LA when they want transition reviews done for KS1/2 as it’s best to put them in first and work the others around. KS1 often have 6 month reviews too, not annual which is helpful to keep in mind. There are statutory requirements (e.g. reports need to go out 2 weeks before) and due to this it’s helpful to make sure therapists know in advance so they can also work around school hols. For example I will do my September reviews in Jun/July to make sure they are done in time for Sep as it’s hard to do them at the start of the year.
