Thank you so much! We have about 900 students in our school; several are on the SEND register (this increases termly); students with EHCPs and we also have an SRP (specialist resource provision).
With all the advice shared, I’ve asked my line manager for two days per week minimum.
Also wondering if being a Specialist Assessor comes with a TLR? I
