Your Local Authority should have a Review Template that you record the meeting onto.
At the beginning of the year I use a wall planner to plot all the annual review dates onto.
In our Local Authority you have to give parents and professionals 2 weeks’ notice, but in reality, if I am wanting a report to be written by an outside agency as part of the Annual Review, (eg SALT) I let them know at the beginning of the year so they can plan time into their diary to assess the pupil. I also like to invite the class teacher, so they need time to get cover.
All a bit of of a juggling act!
