    Hi, we use a digital form (Google forms) that is promoted in our weekly bulletin and referred to in every inclusion CPD session. If a member of staff raises a concern via conversation, email or CPOMS we ask and send out the link for the form. This goes straight on an email to the inclusion manager.
    From here we trigger a round robin to all of that students teaching staff to ascertain the breath of the issue. We would also discuss his concern at a weekly inclusion meeting with heads of year , AP and VP for safeguarding and inclusion, and the wellbeing team – in order to discuss next steps.
