That’s short notice!! Not very fair … go with how you know that teachers are meeting needs in lessons (do you do learning walks? LSA feedback? Do your teachers have a good knowledge of the students and their SEN and have you delivered any training?); reading (how do you identify weak readers and what are you doing to improve that, maybe pick year 7 only); inclusion (what extra curricular do you have and how do you check that your SEN learners are accessing this wider curriculum?); EHCP processes? (maybe show how you liaise with families and get paperwork off on time).
there’s loads you can do – just pick what you think you are good at and highlight that!
