I started after Easter too as a senco, having only been working as assistant senco.
My main questions are:
How many TAs and how many that are on a 1:1 basis
If 1:1 basic can I look at EHCP for targets
How many SEND
How many EHCP
What outside agencies are being used
What interventions are in place
I have more, but these are off the top of my head
