You need to consider what the cost of the staff are to the school as well i.e. pension, NI too. I would make sure you increase the rate. You can also include planning time. Generally you would do a provision map for each half term, or term, not year. They like to see you have done 3 cycles and changed and adapted (graduated response) to approve the EHCHNA.

We just follow what you have done above by generally split into half terms. Each year needs to add up to £6000 before they say yes too.
