I agree with what everyone else has said.
In my situation teaching 50% would be unmanageable: I am SENCo working 4 days a week in a mainstream 1 form entry primary school. We have 220 chn on role, 40 of those are on the SEND register and we have 14 EHCs, plus 3 more at assessment level. I never get through my daily to do list, so there’s no way I could plan, teach and mark on top of that. But that it just my personal situation.
