I can see how that would happen, not being part of SLT. Seems like I would have to ensure that I am a part of formulating the year’s SIP in regards to SEND. I am now a part of middle leadership and will be working on the NPQSL. Maybe I can incorporate the first year’s SEND targets with the NPQSL project.

I know that the SENCO role is a huge one. Thank you for giving me more variables to consider.

I have formulated a list of things to research and discuss before accepting the role.
