Liaise with the social worker, as it will depend on the circumstances. If the family have contact, I would normally expect the parent views to be included.

If you usually hold a person centred review with everyone including the child there, the social worker should be invited as part of the multi agency team supporting the child and the child or parents may be distressed by the parent’s attendance. You would not usually expect parents AND foster carers to attend the same meeting.
