Thank you all for your advice. Safeguarding has been explored and DSL notified.

Niki- what is SCA (in terms of CAMHS SCA)?

I think ruling out physical difficulties (threadworms, thrush) vis GP might be the first route. (I think this has been explored but could ask the parents to go back)

Try and speak to the OT service and seek advice maybe? Speak to the EP and seek advice?

Possible referral to paediatrician to explore ASD?

Standing desk and social story might work too.

Basically I may try to refer to/ speak to all services and see what they say?
