My first thought was the same as Julie – Occupational Therapy might be able to help. It sounds like she might be hypo-sensitive and so is sensory seeking through pressure and movement. An OT with experience in sensory integration could be very helpful and also considering whether there is an underlying diagnosis. Good luck!
