    Yes, I agree- it depends on what the child needs. That is why the advice from the report should be followed when received and over time you are able to monitor and establish more exactly what is needed and used. This then forms the ‘normal way of working’ and will inform what you need to apply for.
    We have some high functioning ASD students who don’t use extra time and others who cannot manage without it. There are always individual circumstances and varying factors!
