I don’t have an answer but do have a question if that’s ok? I teach two days a week and have three days SENCo time. I have 70 students with EHCPs, all with sensory impairment and about 20% have autism and some with complex needs. I struggle to manage on 3 days SENCo time a week. I have a team of 18 LSAs.
Can I ask how many SEN students you manage ? I guess I am looking for guidelines about how much non contact SENCo time is recommended.
