I work with another SENDCo in a secondary school. As we have a hose system this splits it down the middle. Working with families is a key part of the role and this enables us to do this. We share an office and are constantly talking issues through which gives us more confidence and helps us feel supported. Would definitely recommend it. An alternative might be to split alphabetically by surname.
