Echp is E on the Census. K is SEN support. It’s up to you how you designate send support but I say 3 or more interventions and/ or outside agency involvement. I had to have some guidance as teachers were getting confused!
Of course other children access additional support but I call that universal access to provision map. If it’s below 3 interventions.
